Bruce Gillett Sailing his Precision 16 out to the starting line

Bruce was sailing with a new jib. Beautiful!

This shot shows one of the fixed "starting line" bouys, near the dam.

The wind at the start was steady at about 5 mph.

Paul Rithchie was sailing with a crew of 3 for this day.

We decided not to sail up the middle fork, so we headed straight to Bloomer Island.

Once the wind was aft of the beam, we launched our chute and enjoyed a long run.

The wind died just before we reached Bloomer Island, so we turned back towards the main body of the lake.

We caught up with the Hunter just as we reached Foreman Island.

We tacked early towards the dam, while Paul and crew chose to sail further south before tacking towards the finish line.

The winners of this years Tour were (from L. To R.) Mike Maddox, Gisela & Paul Ritchie and Angela Lopez.
